Our Quality Assurance System is certified to U.S. Government standard for inspection systems MIL-I-45208 and calibration per ISO 100012-1 & ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, as well as Quality Standard AS9000. Our Statistical Process Control System (SPC) has been certified by numerous customers, including Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Material Management Center.

Our "state of the art" computerized rubber testing laboratory ensures that that all materials meet or exceed the required specifications the first time and every time. It is also invaluable for establishing properties when reverse engineering is required. Additional laboratory services for physical and chemical testing of metals is available, upon request.

Give us a blueprint of your part, or a sample, and we will design a tool to make it cost effectively. We can often make suggestions to improve your part and reduce the cost. If you do not have a blueprint and would like one, we can have one professionally prepared for you. Our expertise makes us the engineer's choice.

INNOVATIONS IN RUBBER

One of the most popular services we offer is custom formulating and compounding of rubber. We make rubber. Most other job shops lack this capability. We can modify the characteristics of rubber in almost any way you desire. We have created thousands of formulas for different applications. We own most of our "recipes" and we work closely with our chemist to ensure that all ingredients are properly specified and exactly controlled. We can customize a formula to suit the exact needs of the item you want to produce and we reproduce it exactly time and time again.

Rubber to metal bonding is a specialty of ours utilizing our proprietary Cal Bond Process. The molecular bond strengths far exceed the tear strength of the parent elastomeric material, making this process ideal for any applications requiring toughness, long service life, or for critical uses. Our Metal Stamping Division regularly produces intricate substrates that the Rubber Division turns into precision bonded assemblies holding tolerances as close as 0.001.
