We stock thousands of dies and punches that we can mix and match to produce your custom O.D./I.D. washer with little, or no tooling charge (Up to 2-7/8 inches O.D.). For larger sizes we can utilize economical steel rule dies to produce washers up to 24 inches in diameter. A specialty of ours, since 1942, nobody can provide the variety of custom washers that we can.

What kind of insulator do you need? We can do it! Flat solid state insulators in any conceivable shape. We can make them from Epoxy Glass, Silicone Glass, Phenolic, Nomex, Kapton, Mica, Teflon, Vulcanized Fibre, and more. 3 dimensional Paper/Fibre insulators for electrical boxes can be cut, creased, perforated or scored to fit your particular needs.
