METAL STAMPING DIVISION

Metal Stamping and Forming is a specialty of ours. We blank and form virtually any metallic material in an infinite variety of shapes and sizes. We commonly stock and cut Cold Rolled Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Bronze, Beryllium Copper, Aluminum, Lead, Screen and Perforated Metals.

Flat Round Washers

We stock thousands of dies and punches that we can mix and match to produce your custom O.D./I.D. washer with little, or no tooling charge (Up to 2-5/8 inches O.D and 3/16 inch thick). Larger and thicker parts can be produced with special tooling. Just give us your dimensions, tell us what material that you would like and leave the rest to us. It's that simple.

Shims

Need a shim for that critical requirement? From as thin as .001 to as thick as. . . well, you name it. We can do it. Solid shims from any metal alloy, all kinds of plastics, whatever you need. Laminated shims from stainless steel or brass. Most of our standard washer dies can be used for shims, but your custom shape is almost as easy.

Specialty Washers

We custom make all sorts of special washers. Wave washers, lock washers, tab washers, and more, can be fabricated to your exact dimensions from all standard and exotic metals.

Custom Shaped and Formed Parts

Utilizing a wide variety of tooling types and production methods, we can accommodate almost any budget and all technical requirements. For the tightest tolerances and highest level of precision, we will fabricate your part in a Class A Die mounted in a Precision Die Set. For less critical parts, and intermediate budgets, we can use high quality Pancake Dies to perform both blanking and forming operations. For those with limited tooling budgets, we can use our highly specialized Hand Forming Dies to make intricately formed parts at an attractive price.

Special Processes

All special processes, such as Heat Treating, Plating, Painting and Welding are performed by Certified Operators who have been carefully reviewed and selected from the Approved Vendor List of the major aircraft and aerospace manufacturers.
